At Chem-Core Labs, we strive to provide high-quality research compounds and laboratory products. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are generally considered final.

Returns

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns may only be considered in the following situations:

• The wrong product was shipped

• The product arrived damaged during shipping

• The product is defective

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement product

• Store credit

• Refund to the original payment method

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Opened or used products

• Clearance or promotional items

• Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery

Shipping Issues

Chem-Core Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
